What's Interesting

Maria Elena is a charming ladies. She is 4th generation of coffee farmer family. She get into coffee back in 2012 when her family need financial support and redirection of company when coffee price hit low price. She also active member of Internation Women Coffee Alliance (IWCA) which has open many opportunites door to international coffee buyer. Finca Nombre de Dios ("Name of God Farm") produced one of unique Bourbon we ever taste. On the farm, shade tree by indigenous tree has provide excellent condition for coffee cherries maturation. Furthermore Bourbon varietla is aleady know as sweet coffee and this environment enhance sweetnness of coffee cherries. Love chunky coffee taste especially fully washed bourbon coffee. This is in our must buy coffee list.

Roaster Notes

If you have bourbon and fully washed, don't worry you will get a good filter coffee. Usually it will be good for filter or espresso. Nombre de Dios has nice tartaric acid quality like a plum. The best part of Nombre de Dios coffe is body quality. Medium high intensity with syrupy texture which remind me of rose syrup is kind of hook for bold filter coffee lover. I personally recommend to highlight the sweetness and body of this coffee. Keep minimal acidity to make it snappy after taste.
