El Salvador is one of the origin that cultivate Pacas and producing the best Pacas coffee that could ever try. When we know Ovidia Flores growing Pacas in his coffee farm we know that we need his coffee to be on Arkib coffee offering.
Jose Ovidio Flores purchased this coffee back in 2015 when it was just 50 hectares. He plants few varietal like Caturra, Bourbon, Pacas and slowly buying farmland from his neighbor to plant fruit bearing tree like a lemon. This batch we able to Pacas and Bourbon varietal from Ovidio. It is interesting to explore more El Salvador origin flavors by trying different coffee from Ovidio Flores. We highly recommend to get all his coffee in case you are into El Salvador coffee like us.
El Salvador such a unique coffee. While other coffee producer country chasing that bright and juicy acidity, Ovidio Pacas natural settle down with pleasant malic acidity. I really enjoy gentle fruits flavors such as peach, strawberry and apple. The body has medium intensity and nuttiness sweetness. It getting prominent as it cools down. Really love this jammy fruits acidity and nutty body combination. Definitely signature of El Salvador coffee.
