ETHIOPIA SIDAMA HADA

Ethiopia has a long history of coffee traditions and is considered the birthplace of arabica coffee. Until now, most of the best coffees in the world have not yet been discovered in the deep forests of Ethiopia. This creates lots of opportunity for Ethiopians to unearth the potential of Ethiopian specialty coffee.

The western part of Ethiopia coffee growing area is mainly focusing producing washed coffee. It is interesting that this lot comes as natural coffee. The natural process has the ability to capture terroir flavours with greater clarity and sweetness. It highlights the distinctively clean and sweet flavour that can only be found in Ethiopia coffee.
