Through significant investment in processing equipment Kevenka has refined their washed anaerobic approach to preserve clarity while enhancing elegance. The result is a cup that allows the true character of East Java to shine through with balance and transparency. We chose to present this as an omni roast to capture its full versatility across both filter and espresso.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWith rest after roasting the coffee develops greater complexity. On filter it opens with a woody aromatic profile reminiscent of sandalwood alongside chrysanthemum florals and winter melon sweetness. As espresso it deepens into osmanthus like florals with a lift of lemon and sea salt before settling into marzipan and lemon candy sweetness. With milk the profile turns silky and custardy revealing magnolia sunflower seed and honeydew with a creamy impression of mango milk.
