Cut-Off Ordering, Processing Time, Delivery Schedule
All orders will be processed every Tuesday and Thursday, weekly, except public holidays.
We are using J&T Courier for our main delivery.
The order cut-off time will be every Monday at 3:00 p.m. and every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
Any order received after 3:00 p.m. will be carried on to the next processing cycle.
All deliver roasted coffee, either freshly roasted or rested coffee beans, to ensure our customers have the finest flavour while enjoying the specialty coffee experience.
Issuance of Receipt
All purchased products do not come with an invoice or receipt.
Get in touch with our customer service through web chat or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the sales receipt.
Product Shortages, Defects, Missing or Returns Products
If you receive a different product, defect, damaged or notice on missing item, please contact our customer service at email@example.com with following information within 1 week of arrival.
After confirmation on the situatio, we will send new or replacement item at our own shipphing cost.
Please take note we do not accept any returns due customer circumstances.
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations due to the customer's convenience.
Please take note if you do not complete the re-delivery procedures within the time, we will not any proceed with re-delivery attempt.
If you are unable to receive the package because you are not home, please be sure to contact the delivery company to arrange for redelivery.
For overseas shipping, it takes about 1 to 2 weeks for the item to arrive.
We do not accept refunds or returns unless the product is defective or mismatch the order.
For oversea shipping, we will use Aramex courier service.
Please note that shipping costs vary depending on the country and order weight.
The customs clearance will be on the customer's responsibility, and we will help provide the needed document along with the shipped item. We will not bear any costs or receive any cancellations caused by customs clearance delays.
Delivery to delivery address depends on the standard delivery time of the courier in the destination country. The customs clearance time will be depend on each conutry regulation. We will not bear any responsibility due to courier late delivery.
Products purchased on this website will be delivered to the address specified by the customer in the "Delivery Information" field during the purchase process. The Shop is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or delays not caused by the shop. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the item has been shipped. This email may include a link to track your shipment.
