  • Brewing

    1. Preheat the kettle to 95°C.

    2. Place the paper filter into the dripper

    3. Pre-wet the filter and discard any excess water.

    4. Add 12 grams of ground coffee into the dripper.

    5. Start the bloom by pouring 30 ml of water over the coffee and allow it to bloom for 40 seconds.

    6. Continue by pouring 50ml of water over 40 seconds to complete the bloom.

    7. Pour 50ml of water steadily over 40 seconds.

    8. Pour another 50 ml of water over 40 seconds.

    9. Finish by pouring final 40ml of water, then wait for brew to finish.

    10. Serve

Optimize your grind size to achieve a brew time between 3 and 4 minutes for a balanced extraction. Subsequently, adjust your brewing temperature to accentuate your preferred flavor profile, allowing the unique characteristics of your coffee to fully emerge.
