Brewing
1. Add 130ml hot water to the bottom chamber, just below the valve.
2. Fill the basket with 13grams medium-fine coffee. Level it, don’t tamp.
3. Pre-wet the filter and discard any excess water.
4. Tighten both parts gently until the seal matters.
5. Place over low heat. Listen for a soft bubbling as coffee rises.
6. When the sound sharpens, remove from heat and cool the base.
7. Stir gently before pouring. Enjoy a cup full of warmth and quiet intensity.
10. Serve
Recommendation
We recommend starting with hot water for a gentler brew, it helps the extraction flow smoothly without overheating the coffee. Once the brewing is complete, cool the base of the Moka Pot under running water before opening the bottom chamber. Let it rest for about a minute before serving, this brief pause allows the flavours to settle and reveal their full expression.
