The washing stations focus on high-quality processing. Natural coffee is sun-dried for 12-18 days, while washed coffee dries for 8-10 days. After processing, coffee is stored separately until buyer approval. Unlike conventional natural-process coffee, Bobea Uke has a clean and harmony profile like a washed coffee. On espresso, it shines the fruitiness of apricot with a jammy donut peach flavor. The zesty sensation almost tastes like orange peel, a pleasant bitter with sweet citrusy. The coffee becomes more complex with milk.
