Buying the coffee from Ethiopia has always been a complex process for small micro roastery like Arkib and we could not be more happier to join hand partnership with Falcon Coffee sourcing coffee directly from origin. Focusing on natural process, we have been selected few outstanding washing station especially around Guji area which highly known for complex and high clarity flavour. Our latest release featuring natural process coffee from Korate washing station located in Shakisso, Guji.

The washing stations focusing on high-quality processing that play significant role in shaping Korate natural coffee flavour. Red ripe cherries was hand picked and went through rigorous sorting process. The natural process coffee took around 12-18 days for drying on African raised bed allow much consistent natural flavour.

Korate with espresso roast is such a treat to a coffee lover. Unlike traditional natural Ethiopian coffee, Korate surprising highlights very clean citrus fruit flavors like pink grapefruit and pomelo, which you can commonly find in cleanly washed Ethiopian coffee. The natural process gives medium-high intensity, and the quality of blueberry milkshake and cadburry chocolate make this coffee taste so creamy on milk. The natural process also leaves delicate bubblegum and melon finishing, indicating a well-executed natural process. Korate is effortlessly charming coffee to enjoy.
