Sourcing coffee from Ethiopia is an endless journey of discovery. Each harvest unveils unique flavor profiles, with each region offering distinct characteristics. This diversity makes the pursuit of exceptional Ethiopian coffee a thrilling challenge, inspiring our passion as buyers to find profiles that resonate with our preferences.

Among the coffees we've sourced, one from the Dambi Udoo washing station stands out. Renowned for its intense flavors and complex profile, this coffee reflects the station's meticulous approach under Buno's operation. Specializing in natural processing, Dambi Udoo employs rigorous sorting and precise drying methods, including regularly turning beans on raised beds to ensure consistent drying.

Following the success of Buku Abel, this coffee delivers an equally remarkable experience. Its espresso offers a classic natural Ethiopian profile, highlighted by vanilla sweetness, a creamy sirap bandung milkshake-like texture, ealr grey flavour and a hint of bergamot fruitiness. When paired with milk, it showcases a clean, smooth texture reminiscent of sunflower seeds blended with whipped cream. It's no surprise this coffee is a crowd-pleaser, celebrated by coffee lovers everywhere.
