Brewing
1. Preheat the kettle to 90°C.
2. Place aeropress in inverted position.
4. Add 18 grams of ground coffee into the aeropress chamber.
5. Pour 110 ml water and stir 30 times gently
6. Wait for 1:20 and screw cap.
7. Flip and slowly press out the brewed coffee for 30 seconds
8. Total concentrated brewed coffee will be around 70 ml.
9. Bypass the brewed coffee with 90°C. 140 ml water.
10. Serve
Recommendation
Pre-wet the round paper filter to enhance clarity in the cup. Use a long, narrow spoon for precise and even agitation, ensuring balanced extraction.
