Cucuk Langit marks a new chapter for Arkib. A quiet exercise in imagination and a reminder that remarkable flavour is not reserved solely for single origin coffee. Across Berlin London Tokyo and Bangkok we paid attention to the rhythm of each city and what lingers in a memorable cup. Clarity sweetness fragrance and a subtle sense of surprise. Back at the roastery we traced those impressions through carefully selected micro lots then composed them into a blend that feels familiar to the world yet unmistakably shaped by Arkib.
Built from the extraordinary natural El Diviso Sidra and the poised elegance of Peru Geisha by Estela Vasquez, Cucuk Langit leans into refinement without losing its character. The intense fermented profile of El Diviso is softened by the delicate citrus brightness of the Peru Geisha, creating a harmony filled with tension and grace. As espresso it opens with cranberry and red grape before settling into notes of red wine and roselle with a gentle bubblegum finish. With milk the profile turns softer and sweeter recalling blueberry milkshake, nutella and the creamy comfort of vanilla bingsu. Whether enjoyed black or white, Cucuk Langit carries a sense of balance in every pour.
