AIR TERJUN AWET MUDA

Air Terjun Awet Muda is the evolution of our earlier Pae’rgi blend, a shift from a straightforward white collar morning coffee into a more elegant expression of washed-process nuance. Built from Rwanda Gatare and Ethiopia Mustefa Abakeno, both clean and vibrant in profile, ATMA carries gentle florals with a lift of citrus and soft stone fruits, a blend that feels familiar yet distinctly more refined.

ATMA offers a complex yet delicate flavour where espresso begins with bright blood orange and gooseberry that slowly turn into sweet apricot that highlight the citrus quality of this coffee. With milk the cup turns sweet nutty taste profile almost resemble experience of enjoying a cup of granola full with cereal milk. The crepe cake texture and sweetness slwoly coming out at the last 2-3 sips completing the progression taste of clean washed coffee. ATMA blends floral aroma with gentle stone fruits character to create a youthful potion in a cup of coffee that feels lively comforting and memorable.
