Workshop Information

Every workshop is held at Arkib Kopi Roastery (Ibu Sawat) in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, where our daily roasting and coffee production take place. It is within this working environment that every session is conducted—surrounded by the rhythm, equipment, and conversations that shape our craft.

A reminder email containing your workshop details will be sent during the week of your session. We look forward to welcoming you.

Please note that Arkib Kopi is not responsible for any third-party expenses incurred in relation to the workshop, including travel arrangements, accommodation, or other personal bookings.

Terms & Conditions

At Arkib Kopi, we believe meaningful learning happens in small groups where discussion, practice, and individual attention can flourish. To ensure the best experience for every participant, we reserve the right to reschedule a workshop or issue a full refund should the minimum attendance requirement of four participants not be met.

A reminder email containing your workshop details will be sent during the week of your session. We look forward to welcoming you.

Should this occur, affected participants will be informed as early as possible, and every effort will be made to offer an alternative date that suits their schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Your seat is confirmed once payment has been completed. As workshop capacity is intentionally limited, every reservation prevents another participant from joining.

- Cancellations made within 15 days of the workshop date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop, or failure to attend without prior notice, are non-refundable.
- Once your workshop date has been confirmed, transfers to another session are generally not permitted unless due to circumstances beyond your control.
- If you are unable to attend because of illness, accident, or another unforeseen circumstance, we will gladly offer you a place in the next available workshop, subject to availability. This rescheduling may be made once only. If the rescheduled session is missed, the booking will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Punctuality

We encourage all participants to arrive a few minutes before the workshop begins.

A grace period of five minutes will be observed before the session starts. To preserve the learning experience for everyone, participants arriving more than fifteen minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted.
